Biography
A Creative Trajectory
With a foundation in design, communications, and the technical nuances of colour, I bring a rich blend of professional experience and formal art education to my work as a visual artist and art coach. Raised on a dairy farm in Ontario, I developed a strong work ethic, deep resilience, and a lasting connection to nature - qualities that continue to shape my creative voice.
My artistic path began with representational drawing and painting, gradually evolving into intuitive, process-driven abstraction. Each shift reflects life’s unfolding and my ongoing desire to explore new terrain. Curiosity, sensitivity, and a commitment to growth fuel my art practice as I continue to experiment, refine, and develop techniques and deepen my creative expression to feel more honest and personal.
In recent years, I’ve expanded into mentoring and teaching, guiding other artists to uncover their own authentic expression through focused, compassionate support.
